Tefler was having an audience with Clair at a general audience room, which was near to the royal audience room located exactly at the center of the castle.
"Should we really do things like this? We could have a better place for our private moment!" Tefler pretended to be crying while kneeling in front of her, who was sitting on a rotating chair.
"You are not allowed to enter my room, after all. All royal members have rooms with highest privacy setting that only certain royal investigators can enter for crime investigation purposes,"
"But, this place...."
"Don't worry. Remember how the last time we had the audience? I know it is very uncomfortable to you, but even my dad and mom do this from time to time,"
"Let's not talk about this. I feel like I am going to throw up. But how long I have been in service for you?"
"Not even a year. You served as the transportation minister's bodyguard for 2 years before you saved me from an assassination attempt. Then, I requested her to let you serve me,"
"I thought that she was going to...."
"No. She actually exchanged a bodyguard with one of mine. This is a common practice among the cabinet and the royal members,"
"This is...."
"This is beneficial to the bodyguards themselves as they get more experience with various situations which require different methods of guarding people. However, I will never switch you out no matter what,"
"Why?"
"Because...well...." Clair was blushing.
"You love me?" Tefler walked and attempted to go up to the chair, but Clair quickly blocked his path by placing a barrier.
"Yes, but if you do that my dad would be angry," The barrier was disappeared and she walked down the chair instead. "After all, you are considered a good candidate for my husband...." She marched to him and hugged him.
"I see. So you managed to persuade our king, then...."
"Yes. He wanted me to marry sons of the minister, but my heart is only for you,"
"My dear...."
"Please, promise me that you will not cheat on me,"
"Definitely," They separated and she returned to the chair.
"Now...how about the usual audience procedure? Shall we continue about this?"
"You certainly like to play around, huh? Fine. Well, what is you vital statistics, princess Clair Tyranof of the Oszer Kingdom?" Tefler asked seriously before the two laughed loudly.
"What is that crude joke question? Could you ask properly? That is too private for me to answer! Man, this is too casual of a royal audience!"
"Let's do it properly. Princess, may I know how is the progress of the second royal residence of Oszer?"
"The building is 95% completed and expected to be finished within 1 month. Is there any further questions?"
"So, when we are expected to move in?"
"I think we should be able to move in after our mission has ended,"
"How about the marriage ceremony?"
"It will be at the exact same time as we will have it in the royal residence,"
"So, is there any chance that you will see my parents?"
"You should arrange then for an audience instead,"
"I heard some rumors that our king and queen had an private audience after their wedding at the royal audience chamber,"
"Definitely. However, the guards reactions are less than pleased. After all, hearing all this and that happening there leaves very bad tastes for everyone,"
"I can't imagine that our king is like that in private,"
"Plus, they do it on occasionally rather than being an one off thing,"
"That's...well, maybe we should get out and have some sparring," They left the chamber. At the meantime, Lyank and Sedrine were having their moments....
